Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds, cancellations, and payment procedures for services provided by NETWORK ABILITY LTD, operating as JobLeap ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Services Overview

JobLeap provides remote work consultations, skills training, and job placement support services to individuals seeking remote employment opportunities. Our services include:

  • Personalized remote work consultations
  • Digital skills training programs
  • Job placement and career transition support
  • Resume and portfolio development
  • Interview preparation and coaching

The specific details, deliverables, and pricing for each service are provided at the time of purchase and in your service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other electronic payment methods as specified on our website or during the booking process.

2.2 Service Fees: All fees are quoted in Euro (€) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current Irish rate.

2.3 Payment Schedule: Payment terms vary depending on the service:

  • One-time Consultations: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Training Programs: May require a deposit (typically 30%) at registration, with the balance due before the program begins or through an agreed installment plan.
  • Ongoing Services: May be structured as monthly subscriptions or package-based payments as detailed in your service agreement.

2.4 Late Payments: For services with installment plans, late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received. A late payment fee of 2% may be applied to overdue balances.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client:

  • One-time Consultations:
    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty.
    • Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling with a €25 administrative fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once with a €40 administrative fee.
  • Training Programs:
    • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a €50 administrative fee.
    • Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward future services.
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date are not eligible for a refund but may be transferred to a future program date (subject to availability) for a transfer fee of €75.
  • Subscription Services:
    • Subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
    • No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period when cancellation occurs.
    • Access to services will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

3.2 No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend scheduled appointments without prior notice ("no-shows") forfeit their payment and are not eligible for a refund.

3.3 Cancellation Procedure: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@jobleap.org or through your client portal. The cancellation date will be the date the request is received by JobLeap.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility: Refunds are processed according to the cancellation terms outlined above.

4.2 Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval using the original payment method when possible.

4.3 Partial Completion of Services: For multi-session or ongoing services that are partially completed before cancellation:

  • Refunds will be prorated based on the services delivered prior to cancellation.
  • The value of completed services will be calculated at our standard non-package rates, which may affect the refund amount.

4.4 Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with our services:

  • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of service delivery, clearly stating the reasons for dissatisfaction.
  • We will review each case individually and may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
    • Opportunity to repeat or revise the service at no additional cost
    • Partial or full credit toward future services
    • Partial refund based on the nature of the concern
    • Full refund in cases where we determine our services fell significantly short of reasonable professional standards

5. Cancellation by JobLeap

5.1 Service Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

  • Consultant illness or emergency
  • Technical difficulties
  • Insufficient enrollment (for group programs)
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

5.2 Remedies for JobLeap Cancellations: In the event we cancel a service:

  • We will offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
  • If rescheduling is not possible or desired, we will provide a full refund for the cancelled service.
  • For partial cancellations of multi-session programs, refunds will be prorated for the cancelled portions.

5.3 Service Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of:

  • Client violation of our terms of service
  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-payment of fees

Refund eligibility in termination cases will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Medical Emergencies: In cases of serious illness or medical emergency preventing service utilization, we may offer more flexible cancellation terms with appropriate documentation.

6.2 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, civil unrest, government restrictions, or other events outside reasonable control.

6.3 Service Changes: If significant changes are made to a service after purchase (such as change of trainer, format, or content), clients will be notified and offered the option to accept the changes, transfer to an alternative service, or receive a refund.

7. Gift Certificates and Promotional Offers

7.1 Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are:

  • Non-refundable once purchased
  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified
  • Not redeemable for cash

7.2 Promotional Discounts: Services purchased with promotional discounts are subject to the same cancellation policy, but refunds will be based on the actual amount paid.

8. Amendments to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
